Identifying the problem:
Last stored data is from December 31 2015. From January 1st 2016 there is no data stored in the Telsec Management Software.
As from now we have our solution available which is compatible with the Telsec Management Software.

The issue seems to be at the hardware side of the system meaning that it is not possible to fix.
SDI will offer a permanent solution which replaces the hardware (TCU and People Counter).
As an extra service SDI is able to retreive the data by extracting information from the faulty TCU's when the hardware is replaced. This way we are able to restore the data.
Particularly for this issue, SDI added an API into the existing SDI hardware.
This API makes it possible that the Telsec Management Software is able to retreive data from SDI hardware.
For a plug & play replacement, SDI can pre-configure the system by using the ID's from the original TCU and People Counter
This means that it is not necessary to migrate at the software side of the system.
Below a small infographic showing what will be changed to solve the issue.
The TCU API can be removed to restore the hardware back to its original function for the SDI Sensor Platform.
To prevent losing data it is important to let the system running and not power off or disable any parts or equipment.
